Robert W. Haley is Managing Attorney of The Estate and Elder Law Center of Southside, Virginia with offices in Danville and Bassett. Haley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA®) and is the only CELA® in Southside Virginia.  A native of Bassett, he served on the Board and is a Charter Member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
