Robert F. Schnatmeier, Jr. is a partner with Smith, Schnatmeier, Dettmering & Kilgo, LLP located in Marietta, Georgia. He is a litigator who concentrates his practice on criminal defense, DUI defense and personal injury law. Rob has been awarded a rating of “AV-Preeminent”by Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 perfect rating from AVVO. He has been recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” from 2012 to present. Rob is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is a past president of the Cobb County Bar Association. He is also a past president of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Defense Section and is active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Christian Lawyers Fellowship. Rob also served as an Associate Judge in the City of Marietta. Outside of the office, Rob has served in several volunteer capacities for non-profit organizations. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Mission and is currently on the Marietta Schools Foundation board. Rob and his family are long time members of Marietta First United Methodist Church.
