Linda Liang practices business, immigration, and international trade law in California and Florida. Prior to starting her practice, Linda worked as in-house legal counsel for 9 years for a multinational company where she handled legal matters related to government compliance and international trade. She played a key role in the IPO process of the company.
During her 20 years of law practice, Linda received an MBA degree with a specialty in business information systems. Her academic training and 15 years of working in senior management for multinational companies provide her with a different perspective of business operation and help her to develop her distinguished ability to understand entrepreneurs’ visions and challenges.
Linda principally acts as general counsel for small business owners and small businesses involved in international trade and manufacturing. Services include providing legal advice and representation on virtually all matters involving the business operations, ranging from contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating, asset protection planning, investment immigration, employment-based immigration, trademark registration, intellectual property licensing to government rules compliance matters.
Linda speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Through her business immigration practice, Linda learned of the important role that cultures play in business management and is proud to continue her practice with cultural differences and similarities in mind.
