Lillian C. Gaither is an associate attorney with the Law Office of Jarrett Adams, PLLC, with offices in New York City, Chicago, and Milwaukee, and a Los Angeles office to open in 2022. The firm serves clients nationwide, and often associates with local counsel in other jurisdictions.  Lillian is licensed in California, admitted in several federal courts, and will take the South Dakota bar exam in July 2022.

Lillian has practiced law since December 2011, in various areas.  She has a wide variety of experience. Current practice revolves around civil litigation seeking reform and damages for violations of civil rights, including wrongful conviction of innocent people, police use of excessive force claims, wrongful death at the hands of law enforcement, failure to protect, and other Constitutional rights matters.   Lillian is an expert legal researcher and writer and has a keen interest in techniques for dispute resolution.  Lillian lives by Micah 6:8: “Do justice.
