Mr. Wakefield is a business trial lawyer. He represents numerous commercial clients in all manners of business disputes. He assists his construction industry clients, including general contractors, specialty contractors and material suppliers in successfully resolving disputes between parties to construction contracts. He represents business clients from many different industries involved in contract disputes, business torts and other forms of unfair business practices and real estate disputes. Mr. Wakefield has successfully tried more than 60 jury trials involving business torts, real estate disputes, construction contract claims, premises liability, and transportation cases. Mr. Wakefield served as the firm’s managing partner of Cummins & White LLP from 2000 to 2006 and from 2010 to 2013.
