Clara has demonstrated her passion for the legal field since the early age of 16 when she first begun working in an attorney’s office. The law has captivated her life and she has helped hundreds of clients with their legal issues. Clara’s number one goal is to seek to accomplish a client’s objectives and provide legal protection.
Clara earned her dual college degrees in achieving a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude (with honors) in 2004. In 2005, Clara begun studying law and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Today, she continues to represent clients in the areas of purchase and sale of real estate, mortgage law, landlord-tenant matters, enhanced life estates, debt counseling and bankruptcy (debt relief). We visit our clients in their home, hospital or nursing home as needed.
“As an attorney, I help my clients with this in mind: “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you”. I am often asked, what would you do in this situation? I am an honest, objective lawyer who has a major preference of guiding a client to the best, least costly option that may be available. I also know the importance of speaking directly to all of my clients, and proudly offer direct consultations upon request.”
Clara and her husband are blessed with a son and a daughter. Clara enjoys working for the purposes set forth by God, poetry, travel and writing on a manual typewriter in her free time.
