We have filed and settled over 100 lawsuits in Federal Court, requiring places of public accommodation remove architectural barriers that discriminate against the disabled, and comply with Title III of the American With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12181, et seq, (“ADA”).

We understand that the best way to comply with the ADA is to take a proactive approach. We also help businesses comply with the ADA and take a proactive approach.
