Jerry is a Christian sole practitioner assisting clients throughout San Diego County and  beyond with estate planning and elder law needs.   His legal practice is his ministry and he divides his time between his practice and his oversight of San Diego Christian Legal Aid, a network of Christian Attorneys which serves the needy of San Diego County with access to justice through clinics at church host sites throughout the County.

He has been focused on Estate Planning and Elder Law in San Diego since 2012.   He previously served as as a Senior Executive in the Pentagon and as an Inspector General for the Department of Defense (Deputy for Policy and Oversight), Veterans Affairs (CA), the CA Youth and Adult Correctional Agency, and the California National Guard.  He served thirty years in the US Army, retiring as a Colonel in 1997.

When in DC, he volunteered with Northern VA Christian Legal Aid.   In Sacramento, he volunteered with Prison Ministries and Volunteers in Parole, mentoring parolees.

He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy (West Point)(B.S.), Central Michigan University (M.A.) and McGeorge School of Law (J.D.).  He has been an active member of the CA State Bar since 1998.
