Peterson Construction Co. He was the Acting Municipal Prosecutor for Freehold Borough from 1990 – 1991, and was the Managing Attorney of the Team Law Workers’ Compensation Department from 1991 – 2011.nnMr. Kessler graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1988.
