Full Profile
Roderick Andrew Lee Ford is Of Counsel at The Methodist Law Centre.
With over 25 years of litigation experience in labor, employment, and workers compensation, he brings a significant level of professional experience to the table in advocating for his clients.
In addition to his “secular law practice,” Mr. Ford is very active in various churches: the Church of God the Bibleway, Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church (Port Tampa); Rivers of Life Church (Brandon, Florida); and Mt. Olive A.M.E Churches (Tampa & Gainesville).
His “church” litigation, however, is most dear to him. He is married to Rev. Helen Johnson-Ford, who is the Senior Pastor of the Mount Olive A.M.E. Church (Gainesville, Florida). He is also a senior research fellow at the Whitefield Theological Seminary (Lakeland, Florida), where he is the candidate for the degree of Doctor of Theology (Th.D.). He is also the Chancellor of St. Clements University where he heads up its international human rights and religious studies programme, and an adjunct professor of law and religion at the Christian Bible Institute & Seminary.
