I’m Kevin Keenan.  I run a general practice firm with a focus on business law and estate planning.  As an estate planning attorney, I meet with my clients to determine the proper plans to cover their needs.  This includes preparing Wills, Trusts, power of attorney documents, patient advocate designations, and a variety of other supporting documents depending on the individual and the family.   Each plan should reflect the values and intent of the individual.  The goal is to think ahead to make things as simple and straightforward as possible for those dealing with the estate after a person has died.   I also provide legal guidance for the administration of estates through the probate court when necessary.

As a business law attorney, I assist my clients with deciding what form of business will work best for them and with  the process of getting the company set up properly.  I provide legal services to support my clients as their businesses grow including drafting contracts, employment agreements, negotiating leases and a variety of other necessary documents to help the parties be clear on their responsibilities and to avoid disputes where possible.
