Kent Frazer has spent his entire legal career representing businesses, business owners, and executives in all aspects of complex business litigation, including fraud, business torts and misconduct, shareholder and partnership disputes, business breakups, and breach of contract disputes.  Kent has extensive experience litigating real estate and property disputes, working with financial institutions, banks, private lenders, developers, businesses, and property owners to navigate property rights disputes, commercial foreclosures, loan defaults, receiverships, tenant evictions, and lender liability matters.

Kent has also counseled businesses and individuals on employment matters, including non-compete and independent contractor agreements. He guides businesses and individuals through contemplated business transactions, and contract preparation and negotiation, with the goal of preventing or mitigating potential future litigation issues.
